Thanks – It Took a Village Next item Who Knew Clay Would Bring...

I am sitting here on a Friday exhausted after a long fun day in the studio. I’m finally settled into my favorite chair checking my website. I can’t believe it but IT’S DONE! WOW!

As I scroll through the pages there is nothing more that is glaring at me to fix, change or figure out! This has been a journey of learning. I can’t tell you how many times I was ready to quit, throw in the towel, call a web designer and pay them to JUST GET IT DONE! But with the help of some friends and family I got through it. I learned a ton!

The site feels like me. It’s not perfect and it shouldn’t be now should it! I am sure I will want to change things but like me, it’s a work in progress. I have uploaded my first batch of product, with more pieces firing as I type! Soon the shop will be fully stocked and ready to roll out to the world!

I have to thank a few people because honestly I couldn’t have done this with out everyone of them!
First I have to thank Bret. He has put up with my late nights staring at the computer, lots of order in dinners and even a few nights with the computer on my pillow glowing while he’s trying to sleep! He is always my best supporter, partner in crime and I couldn’t ask for anyone better to be on this journey with me!
A huge shout out to my niece Lindsay, she created my amazing new logo! I really love it and it fits perfect! She has been a fun voice in the project, she’s so creative and will be helping me with some swag ideas! Stay tuned for some fun Imperfect Potter stuff!
Ethan……Thanks for helping your crazy Aunt with a few tips and tricks along the way, he always had the answers to my questions, he’s such a smarty pants! You’re going places kid!
LeeAnn spent some time with me in the studio and took some fun shots for the site. So thankful for the wonderful pictures, all of her encouragement and our long time friendship! Check out her website, she’s a talented photographer and has a beautiful heart to serve others.
Dave has taught me a ton about marketing and is the one that pushed me into this WordPress world. When I was about to throw in the towel Dave was always up for a zoom call, a screen share and target date discussion! Just what I needed to stay on track!
If you need some awesome marketing advice check out his website.

The best part of this kind of project is the relationships that develop along with it. We really can’t do much without a community of people to help. So here we go! I hope you enjoy my page and find some fun pottery that will make you smile. It’s a new day!
