How can a Potter make a difference?

One thing I have thought about often is, how can I use my love of clay to benefit others? I have so many ideas and thoughts about how to do that, but for now I plan to offer specific items that can be purchased. All proceeds from these items will go to a specific cause or organization.

The Hope Rock is a piece I have been making for about 6 years for the Freedom Tour. Together with many riders, spectators, friends and family we have raised several thousands of dollars that have been donated to the Home of Hope with Project Rescue.

Now I would like to offer these handmade rocks to my customers to continue to support this important cause. I hope you will consider buying a Hope Rock which will support children who have been rescued from sex trafficking.
